The History
The foundation of one of the oldest Swiss watch brands dates back to the 18th century when Abraham-Louis Breguet decided to create his own company. Later he married the daughter of a wealthy French bourgeois on the Ile de la Cite. The dowry of his wife helped him to open his own workshop.
