Unique Mechanism

Big Bang has been supplied with the new Jaquet 1859 mechanical movement with automatic winding mechanism, which everybody may see through a transparent case back. The mechanisms has comprised such components as a circular-grained bottom-plate, smooth satin-finish bridges with splay edges, and black PVD screws.

Watch's Peculiarities

To put a stronger accent at the fusion of unusual materials, Hublot has produced a dial in stamped carbon and an enlarged ceramic bezel. The carbon fiber dial is plainly black most of the time, but in the right light, it sparkles like a neon checkerboard. The watch is 100m water resistant. The bezel has been polished to a mirror finish, but the watch�s owners should not worry that it would be easily scratched. The Hublot�s watchmakers made it reliably protected from any damages.

The sides of the "Big Bang" make it different from other timepieces. The famous natural black rubber Hublot strap is passing straight through the body of the watch due to the addition of a Kevlar insert. The multi-layered construction of the watch�s case provides a play on materials.
