The original design of Ikepod watches were born due to the magnetic personality of Marc Newson. The designer was born in Sydney, Australia in 1963. He was traveling a lot in Europe and Asia. He graduated from College of Arts (jewellery and sculpture) at Sydney. Marc Newson is one of the most prestigious and respected designers of his generation. He has already worked in numerous spheres of business and created everything from chairs and household objects to restaurants and cars. His talent is displayed in the designs of furniture, glassware, bicycles, interiors of restaurants and even personal jets. Newson�s collections were exhibited in the major museums: Museum of Modern Art in New York, London�s Design Museum and many others.
