 In 2006 10 years after Blancpain launched its first ladies watch (Flyback Chronoghraph), the company created for its admirers a new ladies collection dedicated to all modern and fashionable women of our planet.
This year the Swiss company replenished the collection existed with a new elegant model Blancpain Women Time Zone - a refined, practical and perfected companion for modern ladies who travel a lot. Blancpain Women Time Zone has a double dial and the timepiece represents a multicultural modern world. It is specially elaborated for needs and desires of active women.
Refined, elegant and stylish the timepieces from Blancpain are carefully elaborated and manually decorated with precious stones. There is a number of useful functions but they are not so over complicated as timepieces for men. The watch is put into a 34 mm steel case and a sapphire crystal. It is water-resistant to 100 meters and there is a self-winding mechanism there. The power reserve is 100 hours. As for the caliber, it is automatic 5L60. From the back side it is possible to see how the mechanism made in the best Haute Horlogerie traditions works.
A miniature additional dial is located next to 12, there is a dial-seconds counter next to 6 and next to 9there is a day and night counter with half-moon, sun and stars and there is data on the opposite side. Refined and elegant Roman numerals embellish main dial while an oval minute circle in the center and hands in petal-shape add modern look to the timepiece.
The new model is presented in three different variants that differ by the color of straps and dials: black, hazel brown and champagne colored. But only in hazel brown variant the Blancpain Women Time Zone watch is covered with white gold, adorned with 46 diamonds around the case and 29 diamonds on the inner minute circle. There is also pearl covering used that looks great together with the color of the timepiece.
