Oris replica watches would like to tell all watch enthusiasts about the appearance of a unique centennial set created to mark a great event in the history of watch-making.
The anniversary of one hundred years of successful production was celebrated by the Swiss watch brand Oris in 2004. The company produced a matchless Centennial Set that comprised the most interesting innovative mechanical timepieces in the history of watch-making. A stainless steel modern Artelier High-Mech Worldtimer, an eight day movement fabulous clock, a historical movement component and the book about a century of Oris history were included in the set. Every Centennial Set has been sold with an individually numbered Oris Certificate. To celebrate the year of Oris's foundation, the set has been launched in limited edition of 1904 units.
Some watch enthusiasts have become eager to acquire the set already for the reason to own Artelier Worldtimer wristwatch, let alone other "ingredients". The wristwatch has been individually numbered with a special engraving of the Oris factory in 1904 to keep the memory of the brand's centenary. The traditional yet sophisticated Worldtimer has been supplied with a small dial featuring a supplementary time zone with day/night indicator at 3 and a date display at 6, and another a 60-second dial at 9. The time zones can be easily regulated with the help of two push buttons, compared to a fly-back movement. The watch has been created in a three-piece stainless steel case with a white engine-turned and silver-plated dial, rose-gold hands and indices, and a mineral crystal skeleton back demonstrating the red rotor in the main movement, an automatic Oris caliber 690, with 30 jewels. The size of the case is 42.5mm and it has a sapphire crystal. The dial, the big crown and push buttons have been created in classical design. The watch owners appreciate the century name on their wrists with genuine calf leather.
The alarm clock has been provided with a manual movement keeping an 8-day power reserve, Oris caliber 7320 with 15 jewels. The case reaches 57 mm. The clock features a silver-plated dial and the hands and gold-plated hour markers. The alarm clock has followed the steps of the original successful release of their 8-day alarm clock produced in 1952.
The lucky owners of the magnificent box will also have a centre-bridge, an original component part of movement 701 that appeared in 1982, a real godsend for those especially interested in mechanical watch-making.
The new book 100 Oris Years has been placed in a special compartment of the set. The book features all-round illustrations offering an exciting journey through the history of the brand.
